Tieman Realty, Inc was founded in 1984 by Ronald C. Tieman. Ronald was the broker/owner of Tieman Realty, Inc. from 1984 until his death in 1995. He was a licensed Real Estate Broker from 1974 until 1995 and also appraised real estate from 1974 until 1995.

In 1995 Ronald's grandson, Dean Bogdonovich, became broker/owner of Tieman Realty. Dean has been with Tieman Realty, Inc. since 1985 and is currently the broker/owner. Dean held a Wisconsin Real Estate Sales License from 1988 until 1990. In 1990 he obtained a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker License which he currently holds. Dean has been a Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser since 1992. Dean is an associate member of the Central Wisconsin Board of REALTORS.

In Feburary of 1998 Tieman Realty, Inc. expanded by opening an office in Neillsville, Wisconsin. Tieman Realty, Inc. has bought, sold, divided and developed and financed real estate for many years. We have been appraising since 1984. We currently appraise for most of the lending institutions in Clark County and the surrounding area as well as several local attorneys, private individuals, the State of Wisconsin and local governmental agencies. We provide complete real estate and appraisal services for Clark County and the surrounding area.
